We here at Artscape provide an in store professional bespoke framing service. We have over 30 years experience and stock many materials from quality budget to museum standard to suit every individual need. We are able to frame everything from all the types of painting through to shirts, including sporting memorabilia such as cricket bats, balls, hats, gloves, medals and other items such as fossils, fans and papyruses. You name it, we'll frame it!

We stock all materials from quality budget to top museum standard. Plus we use a wide range of mount boards including white core, conservation, Alphamat-Artcare by Bainbridge. Many of these are acid free, which will help with the preservation of the item that is in the frame. Plus we have moisture proof backing boards all finished to a high standard. What matters to us in not only what looks beautiful on the outside, but how much care is taken in creating the inside too.

Now there's glass, and there's glass

We also stock a wide range of glass, so we can insure a perfect match for your frame. Our stock includes plain, defused, TRUE-VIEW glass, UV glass with 97% filtration (this minimizes fading due to day light), ClearColour Plus (ultra clear glass for maximum clarity and minimum reflection) and ClearColour Plus with UV protection for maximum fade protection. Come in store and take a look at how much different types of glass can optimize your viewing experience.

Along with our wide range of other framing materials, we all stock an extensive range of moulding. In store we have over 1000 samples for you to chose your perfect frame from. We have many natural wood sampes in a variety of different shapes and sizes, which can be used as they are, or stylishly finished in a range of colours to suit individual pictures and preferences. Also, we are proud to stock hand made in England, high quality swept frames in any size you need. Made to order - turn over 4 weeks.

Once you have chosen your frame, we then build it for you and make sure it is ready for the arranged date of collection. Every framing is completed to an exceptional quality and the up most care is taken when framing your item is one of our main priorities.
